AutoChat is a business communication platform that uses artificial intelligence to help businesses manage customer conversations across messaging channels including WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram. The Service includes AI-powered automated responses, conversation management, escalation routing, and a management dashboard.
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to represent the business you register.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the business information, knowledge base content, and any other data you provide to the Service. The AI generates responses based on the information you supply. We are not responsible for inaccurate AI responses resulting from incorrect or incomplete business information.
AutoChat uses artificial intelligence to generate automated responses to customer messages. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally be incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for monitoring AI responses and using the human takeover feature when necessary. We recommend reviewing AI interactions regularly.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram (operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to Meta's terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs, policies, or availability that may affect the Service.
The Service is offered under various subscription plans with different feature sets and message limits. Plan details, pricing, and limits are described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of Linar AI Solutions. You retain ownership of your business content and customer data. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linar AI Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jerusalem, Israel.
